Pro-Life is my real and only name. I am 82 years old, an organic farmer at Letha, Idaho. I have been active in conservative politics for 60 years. I will be running for US Representative in 2024. I have been a candidate for Governor, Lt. Governor, Congress, US Senate, and legislature and other local offices since 2004. I have always been an Independent, IAP, or Constitution candidate. Question: Principle 11
We believe that each state is sovereign in performing those functions reserved to it by the Constitution and it is destructive of our federal system and the right of self-government guaranteed under the Constitution for the Federal Government to regulate or control the States in performing their functions or to engage in performing such functions itself.
In your opinion has this principle been violated by our federal government?
What would help correct this violation?
What state functions are reserved to it through the Constitution?
Answer: Almost all governmental jurisdiction is with the States. The Federal government has encroached on State sovereignty in every constitutional way imaginable. The States will have to ignore Congress and Federal courts. Almost no one believes this.
Question on Principle 9: Graduated income and graduated inheritance taxes have been accepted by our people. Our tax laws are totally adverse to the original Constitution. The 16th Amendment needs to be repealed.
Question on Principle 8: We are a socialist nation. All social functions, health, education, welfare, medicine, and retirement have been socialized. This is destroying faith in God. Question on Monument: The greatest value in our lives is faith in Jesus Christ, Father In Heaven, and the Holy Ghost. If the Monument does not increase faith in God then we need to find something else that will. Maybe the Bible. Maybe the truth of natural law. Our own lives of living the Gospel; being opposed to baby murder and LGBTQ so-called rights. The Devil possesses America and the world. Will we say this?
