Annual Dues and Fundraising drive.
Dear Members of the Independent American Patriots.
This year we continue our transition into a private members association modeled after our Founding Fathers associations as we commit ourselves to preserving the Tenets of Liberty and Doctrine of Governance that have been the bedrock principles of our organization from the beginning of our great Nation. We have rebuilt our website and established it on a secure server and will continue to replace the remaining material from our days as the Independent American Party in the coming months. The rebuilding expense of the website was roughly twelve hundred dollars that was spread out between last year and this year. We have also established electronic communication services which allow us to continue to serve the members in a more cost-effective manner.
Our new focus on firesides that are both educational and supportive of members’ needs, has been well received by our members and is driving more interest and members to our organization. We will continue to offer up many more of these in 2025 and will be releasing a schedule early next year. We are dedicated to preserving the traditional American Family and the inalienable rights guaranteed to us through our Great Eternal Father’s Natural Law. If you would like to see something presented or taught in one of our upcoming Firesides, then please let us know and we will see if we can get it on schedule.
We continue to be supported by our members and each year we renew our memberships to continue to support the organization. We have significantly reduced our expenses and continue to operate on a shoestring basis. Our website, server, telephone, P.O. Box, and email, which is our minimal existence, run around one hundred dollars a month. We have annual expenses of around a thousand dollars which covers postage and the ability to do mass emails to each of the fifteen hundred members who are still on our rolls, while only a small number of members pay for voting rights or donate each year. We know that things are tight for many households throughout the nation, and we appreciate prayers for our members and our organization above all else.
Besides appealing to our Divine Maker for the Providence that he gives us the single greatest thing that you can do to support our organization is to pay your yearly membership dues. Becoming a paid member ensures that your voice is heard and unlocks full privileges within our association. We have some members who have paid for lifetime memberships or simply wish to donate above and beyond what they already have, and we are grateful for whatever members can afford to support our work here.
I have not been focused or that good at requesting donations to support our growing organization, but I am asking for your support now. We have covered 31.7% of our funding needs this year and we know that the majority of our memberships and donations come at the beginning and end of the year, but we have been lacking in our duties to get out the word for support. Please consider becoming a full paid member of the Independent American Patriots or if you already are please consider donating to support the association in our work going forward next year. Because we are a full volunteer only organization, every part of the members’ dues is used to support, grow, and provide value to every member in our organization. Thank you very much for your feedback and support this year and we look forward to serving you and your family next year.
